This person will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the firm.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people and will be willing to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities Assist with drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Assist clients with their case management needs.
Assist in preparing discovery requests.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating depositions, hearings, and trials.
Assist with preparing client documents for trial or other proceedings.
Prepare documents for trial or other proceedings.
Prepare for depositions, hearings, or trials by researching, organizing, and maintaining client files.
Answer client questions and provide assistance as needed.
Monitor files to ensure they are up-to-date and complete.
Other duties as assigned.
